Here's everything you need to know about getting your IRYN order to your door.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship.
Shipping cost
- Subscriptions (90-Day Challenge and 30-Day Start): free shipping, always.
- One-time orders: a flat shipping fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.
Delivery issues
If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange redelivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, email us at care@tryiryn.com and we'll make it right.
